This is a medium frame.  I'm 5'7" and the seat at its lowest with the suspension seat post fits me.  If you are shorter, you will need to replace suspension seat post with a regular seat post - any bike shop can do that for you, and parts for the bike are standard stuff.

Comes with a wireless bike computer that you can't see in the picture and bottle cage.

Provides power assistance up to 18 MPH from my tests. 

Can just operate like a regular cruiser bike, and motor does not drag the bike even when not used.
