If there is one thing I would rid the world of, its pesky mosquitoes. They've been responsible for killing thousands across the world, spreading germs and disease.
Now there are these giant mosquitoes the size of a quarter that can easily pierce through your clothing to bite - and they're coming to you, Florida! Its not known how effective current bug repellants are either.

I honestly have not been keeping up with the news on this, but now apparently you can 'feed your fire' and yourself at the same time now.

Audi showed off their eTron R18 Quattro. Its a hybrid version of the R18 ultra. Electric motors for the front, and V6 510 HP in the back. It's just a stunning car you and I will probably never drive.

Saw these guys for the first time - they're based out of Sunnyvale. For $2000, and your iPad 2/3, you can have your very own remote telepresence robot to be there, without really being there.
One will run you about $1999 right now, before the price goes up when finally released. All things considered, that's actually fairly priced.
Too bad there is no charging dock right now, nor is there an automated patrol type setup. SDK and APIs are available for developers to add those features.
If you are getting here in the morning, it's faster walking than by car/bus. Better to take the tram. Literally 1 hour traffic jam from the Wynn.
Make this 10 times larger, with thousand times the payload capacity and we got something here!
I got the newest HyperJuice external battery pack in the other day to add to my road-warrior kit. I've hacked up a MacBook Pro power adapter for use, and so far so good - more details to be provided in My MacLife section next week.
This portable power pack is powerful enough to charge a MacBook, and two tablets (iPads, etc) at the same time.
