Includes accessory case that would normally cost you a bit more.  Lytro's second generation camera was just introduced a short while ago, which is why they're clearing these out.  But, you get a 20% discount on the pre-order if you own a gen 1 - so if you think you want the Illum, this is effectively getting this camera for free!

Oh, and I recommend just getting the 8GB unless you're one to take pictures for weeks at a time and never downloading.
