the 7.2 Earthquake I didn't feel

I was busy weed whacking and leaf blowing throughout the whole ordeal in So Cal.  I heard yelling, and didn't recognize what the yelling was about till after the quake.  I didn't see any damage, no car alarms went off.

A 7.2 though.  Yes, that is a massive earthquake!  I'd say its closer in magnitude to what the 'BIG One' everyone was talking about that was to hit California in the 90s.

Thankfully it wasn't a super damaging one.  My dad described it as a rolling one, not a jarring one.  2 people are reported to have died in Mexico, and 100 or so injured -- thankfully.

Los Angeles County Public WiFi = Pathetic

I've tested it over half a year ago, and left a not so anonymous note in the suggestions box about how ridiculous the speed of the public WiFi is here. 

Today, its only slightly better.  See results above.

Now I know that their network speed is faster, because I saw a librarian surfing a not so safe for work video - granted I didn't actually stream because a patron came up to ask her a question and she closed the window.
