Bose took a long time to come up with this speaker system to compete with the other small bluetooth speakers out there. So far all the reviews I've read or heard from say its simply awesome, and worthy of the crown as the best bluetooth speaker out there.

Amazon reviews are currently 5 stars overall with 69 reviews.

I see a few things wrong / negative about it. These are relatively minor for most people it seems. For me personally, probably the docking cradle inclusion makes up for most of this.

Bose still hasn't figured out how to add a decent speakerphone to their portable speakers.
The price is $199.99 in an age where these should be more around $150
They mean for it to be portable, and a bumper case is an additional $24.99, full case is another $49.99
No charging via USB

Later this month I'll post a full Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth review and comparison samples. But really, if you're in the market for one, this looks like its the one to get.

After using and comparing the Bose Soundlink Mini, there are a few definite downsides everyone should consider:

1. Its relatively heavy compared to some other third party solutions.
2. Its also relatively bulky (as far as some newer speakers introduced since).
3. No USB charging option. Must use AC Adapter or Bose charger.
4. I miss speakerphone capability.
