New leader in portable visor mount bluetooth speakerphone emerges - DriveNTalk BHF-2000

DriveNTalk is releasing the best portable Bluetooth hands-free car kit next month for an amazing $99.99.

The BHF-2000 is the most feature-rich Bluetooth speakerphone in its class. It combines almost everything I liked about my favorite bluetooth speakerphone, the Jabra Cruiser SP-715, with the completely hands free capabilities of the Blueant S4 and almost eliminates the need to plug in a cord to charge it.

Also, it doesn't force you to use hand gestures if you do not want.  You can just talk to it, slide your fingers across and access the buttons, or you can gesture.  It's configurable so you aren't stuck with one method of input vs another.

As far as audio quality is concerned:
It is a full duplex dual microphone noise reduction with echo cancellation and is wideband audio ready.
It has an FM audio transmitter so all your A2DP audio can be streamed directly to your car radio wirelessly.
The speaker sounds excellent and seems perfectly tuned for voice from my preliminary tests.

Safety and Convenience features:
Voice commands voice trigger, voice prompts and text to speech powered by BlueGenie voice interface.
It also has gesture sensing for activating voice prompts, volume adjustment, menu access and more.
It has G sensors for auto power on and connecting as well as power saving for when you enter and exit your car.
And a touch sensor keypad for easy access without looking for the small buttons.
You can listen/send texts, emails, twitter, facebook updates etc through partnerships with Dial2Do.
You can get traffic reports, weather, yellowpage lookups through Bing.
It supports automatic phone book / contacts downloading off supported phones - up to 2000 records.

Battery life:
It has up to 15 hours of talk time using the built-in 1000 mAH battery. It has about 270 hours of standby time with the voice trigger off and 65 hours with the voice trigger on. It also has a solar panel on top of the unit to minimize how often you need to plug into charge.  I was told that 7 hours of bright sunlight to fully charge the unit or 2.5 hours through the included car charger.

Connectivity:
It has multipoint connection so you can connect up to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously and pair with up to eight total separate Bluetooth phones / devices.

Quite simply there is nothing out there on the market that's better featured.  You don't have to take my word for it.  They have recently won the 2010 SEMA global media award, as well as received a design and engineering showcase honors under wireless handsets accessories at the international CES.

Look out for my preview and my full review in the coming months.
