The update adds a number of enhancements to the Basis activity monitoring watch (see the video from Basis below). This will already be in the 2014 edition of the Basis Watch in Carbon Silver Strap, but B1 users will be able to get the enhancement as well.

Hardware differences shown so far between the B1 and B1 2014 edition appear to be only strap and the lower price.

Software wise we get advanced sleep tracking! Yay!
