It's not the best deal I've ever seen, but at least it's not retail. And frankly most people don't need the 64 GB of storage space of the highest and model, and that's the only difference between this one and the highest and one.

I use my new Apple TV just about every day for newsy, and also to use Infuse to watch my videos stored on my NAS Drive.
