Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard + Mouse $59.99
This is easily the best price that I've seen for a true ergonomic keyboard and mouse combination (notably on sale at both Best Buy and Amazon.com, although Best Buy dropped the price first.)
Microsoft has put together some pretty good ergonomic computer solutions over the past two years, and all of them have been fairly reasonably priced. If you look for the site in any office supply store such as Staples or Office Depot, you'll find it at a retail list price of $129.99 or above. I'm particularly familiar with this price, because I recently recommended this keyboard set to an organization last month, and they had to purchase it from Office Depot.
Reviews for this set are really high across-the-board, and even without owning one myself, I know from prior experience with Microsoft ergonomic keyboards that your wrists, and your body will thank you if you have to sit in front of computer eight hours a day typing, writing, responding to emails.

Dell XPS 27" All in One - $999
woot.com has the Dell XPS 27" All-In-One (refurbished) for $999, which is not a bad deal considering this would have been closer to $1500 new not too long ago.
I've tested it in person and can say its one of the top All-In-Ones you can get - its between this one and the Samsung (which I only played around with a bit a CES convention show).

Full Windows 8 tablet, with Active S-Pen technology. Best deal I've seen for this combo. Great for light office work, hand writing notes, all day battery life. Not good for gaming. Does not come with Microsoft Office, but its just $79 more for a year sub.

Sorry, no S-Pen. Not sure why Samsung would take away features but others have reported the same. Also notice no S-Pen noted on description page.
