If you have $159.99 to spend on a netbook, woot has one for you. Its one of the first generation netbooks, but its great if you just need to surf the web, check email, etc.
If you want to install Windows XP on there, you may have to consider purchasing a SSD storage upgrade
CompUSA has the Acer 8.9" Netbook for $199.99. Read a review I wrote for a very similar model and decide if its right for you.
If I could throw in an extra $200 for a netbook however, I'd definitely go with the newer Asus netbook I have recommended here.
Otherwise, $199.99 is a good deal. However, if you want to get a new one, Fry's has their anniversary sale going on right now and they have it for $257.99 new.
