Apple Watch - It Blends
It was only a matter of time.
Apple Watch is Out!
For a select few that waited in certain fashion stores anyway. The verge did a periscope of one of the only places in the world that had some for sale. The first people in line were waiting 20+ hours before the store opened at 9 AM
DJI's Phantom 3
Basically 2 new phantom 3 models, one with the same 4k sensor as with the Inspire 1. New app, new sensors that add further stability, new remote (looks like Inspire 1's), lightbridge. All for around $999-$1250. The videos copy the style of Apple product launches and that of GoPro promotion videos. It works!
More Video's from DJI Channel after the break.
Who We Are (film): Modern Hunters
Who We Are from Sicmanta on Vimeo.
Amazing short film. "Don't confuse me with being anything else other than proud. Proud to be a hunter. It's time we stop apologizing for how we get our protein. This is who we are. Unless you’re a small time rancher, small time farmer, a hunter or fishermen... you really have no idea where your food comes from. Most people don’t even think about it. Well, we think about it. ” - Donnie Vincent.
Eyefi Mobi Pro is Out
Eyefi Mobi Pro 32GB WiFi SDHC CARD + 1 year Eyefi Cloud
My issue now is that the old system is incompatible with the new system so I may have to run both systems. I'm hoping they have an upgrade program for their older, loyal customers.
I do wish they kept the old orange color though because now this SD card looks like every other SD card in the camera.
Surprisingly Useful Tool for Text on Images
$49 now for the next couple of days here. I bought it earlier and tried it out, created that image up above in 2 minutes with little fuss. Great for mobile watermarking images for social media as well but I'll have to play around with it. Using my link gets me livingsocial credit.
